Our Ski Safari aims to provide an opportunity for all winter sport lovers to experience a range of different mountain resorts over the course of a week, sampling the best and most exhilarating skiing Slovenia and Austria has to offer, all in one trip!

Our ski safari will take you to the mountain resorts of Slovenias Savinjska, Koroška and Cerklje na Gorenjskem in the Kamnik–Savinja Alps regions; Golte, Rogla, Kope and Krvavec with cross boarder visits into South Eastern Austria and its Carinthia Mountain Range to visit Koralpe, Petzen and Weinebene, considered by many winter sports lovers to be some of the most beautiful and technical ski centres in Slovenia and Southern Austria, providing the necessary environment to enjoy your time on the slopes, ski with friends and chill.

Although Slovenia and South Eastern Austria doesn’t have the elevation of the traditional alpine resorts, their seasons are long, its snowfall often bountiful, leaving it to become a little known skiing paradise, free from overwhelming tourism, crammed resorts and the price tag that follows. You may often find an entire piste to yourself on ‘powder day’ mid week, you can’t beat that!

The Safari:

Your safari will be directed and overseen by the former Slovene National Team Member David De-Costa and his team, one of Slovenia’s highest regarded ski instructors, with a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience in training alpine champions.

Throughout your stay you’ll sample a mixture of resorts; go where the conditions are best and pistes are well groomed, escape the crowds and enjoy some cultural excursions along the way. Our Ski Safari isn't a traditional instructional course, and attendees are recommended to be independent on blue slopes at a minimum before booking as there are no statutory grounds for the provision of ski schooling or tuition during the week, however should your safari run alongside an existing skills course or the availability to receive instruction is available, we can of course make arrangements to meet your needs.
